Sports Performance Training
Transforming Potential into Performance
Built for athlete development.
Athletic Advantage Sports Performance is designed to help athletes build strength, speed, power, movement quality, and long-term athleticism in a structured, development-focused environment.
Our programs are built around the idea that athletic development should be intentional, progressive, and individualized. Whether an athlete is preparing for a season, returning from injury, building a foundation for long-term growth, or pursuing higher levels of competition, our goal is to help athletes train effectively and consistently.
Discovery Visit
Athletes new to Athletic Advantage can schedule a free 15-minute discovery visit to meet with one of our coaches, discuss training goals, and determine the best performance program for their needs. During the visit we will learn about the athlete’s sport and training history, perform a brief movement screen, discuss goals and upcoming sport seasons, recommend the appropriate academy and training frequency. This visit helps ensure every athlete begins their training with a clear plan.
Performance Academy
Designed for middle school and high school athletes, the Performance Academy begins with an individual assessment that Athletic Advantage coaches use to create a personalized training program tailored to each athlete's goals, sport, and developmental needs. Athletes complete their program in similar-age small groups, combining individualized coaching with the energy and accountability of training alongside peers. Programs are continuously updated based on progress, performance, and seasonal demands, ensuring athletes receive the right training at the right time. Memberships are billed monthly and provide access to all scheduled training sessions based on the athlete's selected training frequency.
Athletic Foundations
Athletic Foundations is a coach-led program for elementary-aged athletes that builds the fundamental movement skills needed for long-term athletic development, including coordination, balance, agility, jumping and landing mechanics, body control, and confidence. The program operates as a monthly membership with unlimited class attendance, giving families the flexibility to attend multiple times each week while preparing young athletes for future participation in the Middle School Performance Academy.
Private Training
Fully individualized coaching focused on specific goals such as strength development, return-to-training after injury, sport-specific performance goals, technique refinement, or additional accountability and coaching. Sessions are tailored to the athlete’s needs and scheduled based on coach and facility availability. $70 single visit | $259 (4) | $479 (8). Ask about pricing for small group and team training.
Mental Performance
Working one-on-one with a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, athletes learn practical strategies to manage pressure, overcome setbacks, improve concentration, and build routines that support consistent performance in both sport and life. Sessions are individualized based on each athlete's goals, age, and competitive demands.
