Our initial assessment is a low-pressure starting point tailored to your individual sport and performance goals. During this session, your coach will evaluate movement quality, strength, power, and mobility to identify key areas for improvement and develop a personalized training plan. It’s also a great opportunity to tour the facility, discuss your goals, and gain a clear understanding of how we can help you move better, perform stronger, and reach your full athletic potential.

Private Small Group Training

Small group sessions offer the same individualized coaching as our one-on-one training but in a motivating, team-style environment with two to four athletes. Each session is customized to the group’s goals and performance needs, blending strength, speed, and mobility work with friendly competition and shared accountability. It’s an ideal option for teammates or friends who want to train together while still receiving personalized instruction and guidance. Group composition and size are subject to coach approval to ensure every athlete receives the best possible training experience.

The High School Performance Academy at Athletic Advantage is designed to help high school athletes build strength, enhance performance, and reduce injury risk through expert coaching and individualized programming. Athletes can join anytime, starting with an initial one-on-one assessment with an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist before receiving a personalized four-week training program tailored to their sport, goals, and current performance level. Each athlete completes their program onsite under the guidance of a coach, training alongside a small group of same-age peers during designated times when the facility is reserved exclusively for the academy—creating a focused, supportive, and high-performance environment.

The Middle School Movement Lab at Athletic Advantage is a fun, progressive training program designed to help middle school athletes build a strong foundation of strength, speed, agility, coordination, and body control. Athletes can start anytime by purchasing a monthly membership, with programming organized in purposeful four-week blocks that evolve to keep training intentional, fresh, and engaging. Each block introduces new focuses and challenges while maintaining a consistent emphasis on movement quality and athletic development. To keep athletes motivated and having fun, classes also feature theme days, challenges, and rewards that celebrate progress and effort in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.

Designed as a drop-in class with no membership required, it’s a perfect way for young athletes to develop a love for movement while laying the groundwork for future sports participation.
