Athletic Foundations is Athletic Advantage's introductory sports performance program for elementary-aged athletes. Designed for children of all sports and ability levels, the program focuses on developing the movement skills, coordination, confidence, and athletic habits that serve as the foundation for future athletic success.
Rather than specializing too early, young athletes learn to run, jump, land, change direction, balance, throw, and move efficiently through engaging, coach-led activities that make training both fun and purposeful.
Why Athletic Foundations?
Many youth athletes spend countless hours practicing sport-specific skills but receive very little instruction in how to move efficiently and athletically. Athletic Foundations fills that gap by helping athletes develop the physical tools that improve performance across every sport while reducing injury risk and preparing them for more advanced training as they grow.
Whether your child plays baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, or simply enjoys being active, Athletic Foundations provides a fun, supportive environment where athletes build confidence while developing lifelong athletic skills.
