Baseball Development
Train With Purpose. Compete With Confidence
Built for athlete development.
Athletic Advantage Baseball Development is designed to help athletes build skill, confidence, and long-term success both on and off the field. Our coaching environment emphasizes intentional instruction, individualized feedback, and athlete development that extends beyond simple repetition.
Whether an athlete is new to the game, preparing for a school season, competing at the travel level, or pursuing collegiate opportunities, our goal is to provide high-quality instruction within a professional and supportive training environment.
Discovery Visit
Our Free Baseball Discovery Visit gives athletes and families a clear starting point for development at Athletic Advantage. During this 15-minute consultation, one of our coaches will learn about the athlete’s background, goals, and current level of play to better understand their needs. While not a training session, the visit helps identify the most appropriate path forward, whether that’s private instruction, small group training, or another program. Families leave with clear recommendations and a structured plan for continued development.
Baseball Performance Academy
A comprehensive training program for baseball players who are serious about long-term development. Designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels, the Academy combines hitting, throwing, defense, arm care, athletic development, baseball IQ, and competition within a structured coaching environment focused on measurable progress. Athletes receive an initial assessment and participate in quarterly Benchmark Weeks to track growth over time, while regular sessions provide age- and ability-appropriate instruction, individualized coaching, and a clear development pathway that complements team practices and competition. Whether an athlete plays recreational, travel, middle school, or high school baseball, the Baseball Performance Academy provides a consistent environment for year-round improvement.
Futures Program
A developmental team experience designed for baseball players who are not yet ready for, or not interested in, the demands of travel baseball but still want structured coaching, skill development, and competitive opportunities. Built around the philosophy that individual skill development occurs through the Baseball Performance Academy, Futures practices focus on teaching players how to play the game—team defense, baserunning, communication, situational awareness, baseball IQ, and competition. Through a combination of outdoor practices, scrimmages, and games, athletes gain valuable experience in a positive, player-centered environment that emphasizes confidence, character, and long-term development while preparing interested players for future competitive opportunities.
Aces Baseball
Athletic Advantage's competitive travel baseball program for players and families seeking a more intentional approach to development and competition. Built upon the foundation of the Baseball Performance Academy, Aces combines year-round player development with team practices, tournament competition, and a culture centered on growth, accountability, and long-term success. Rather than using team practices to teach individual mechanics, Aces players develop their skills through the Academy and use team practices to focus on baseball IQ, communication, situational play, and team execution. The result is a fully integrated development model that helps athletes become better players, better teammates, and more confident competitors both on and off the field.
HitTrax Leagues
HitTrax Leagues bring the excitement of game competition indoors using the same technology trusted by college and professional programs. Athletes compete in structured leagues featuring real-time statistics, virtual ballpark environments, and season standings, creating a fun and competitive way to develop skills outside of traditional games. Whether players are looking for additional at-bats, friendly competition, or an engaging offseason activity, HitTrax Leagues provide a unique baseball and softball experience for athletes of all skill levels.
Additional Training Opportunities
Additional Training opportunities are available for baseball and softball athletes who want to support their development beyond skill instruction. Mental Performance Coaching helps athletes build confidence, focus, composure, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure, while the Performance Academy provides structured strength, speed, mobility, and athletic development training. Together, these services give athletes access to a more complete development environment designed to support both physical and mental performance.
Team Rentals
Provides baseball and softball teams with access to Athletic Advantage's indoor training facility for practices, workouts, evaluations, and team development sessions in a climate-controlled environment. Teams may reserve individual practice blocks as needed or participate in the Athletic Advantage Partner Network, which provides organizations with additional benefits such as priority booking opportunities, discounted facility access, athlete assessments, development resources, educational programming, and marketing support. Whether your team needs occasional indoor space or is looking for a long-term development partner, Athletic Advantage offers flexible solutions designed to support athletes, coaches, and organizations throughout the year.
Private Lessons
Individualized instruction tailored to each athlete’s age, skill level, and developmental goals. Coaches work one-on-one with players to improve hitting, throwing, pitching, fielding, catching, or overall baseball performance through focused teaching, drills, and feedback. Whether an athlete is building fundamentals or refining advanced skills, these 45-minute lessons are designed to accelerate development and create measurable improvement. $70 (single visit) | $259 (4) | $479 (8). Buddy lessons are also available for athletes who prefer to train with a teammate or friend while still receiving personalized coaching.
Lane Rentals
Individual Lane Rentals provide athletes and families with access to Athletic Advantage batting cages for independent practice outside of organized instruction. Whether you're looking to get extra swings, work on throwing, prepare for an upcoming game, or simply spend more time developing your skills, lane rentals offer a convenient and flexible training option.
