Adults new to Athletic Advantage can schedule a free 30-minute discovery visit to meet with one of our coaches, discuss training goals, and determine the best performance program for their needs.
During the visit we will:
learn about your training history and goals
perform a brief movement screen
discuss your current activity level and schedule
recommend the appropriate academy and training frequency
This visit helps ensure every participant begins their training with a clear plan.

Structured training for adults who want more than a typical gym workout.

Many adults still want to train with purpose.
Whether you previously competed in sports or simply enjoy pushing yourself physically, generic gym workouts and large group fitness classes often fall short. Programs are rarely individualized, progression is inconsistent, and coaching attention can be limited.
The Adult Performance Academy was created for individuals who want a more intentional training experience — one that combines personalized programming, professional coaching, and a supportive training environment.

Every participant begins with a personalized assessment where we learn about your training history, goals, and current activity level.
During this visit we also perform a movement screen to understand how you move and identify any areas that may benefit from additional attention.
Based on this information, each participant receives a personalized training program tailored to their goals and experience level.
Rather than everyone performing the same workout, each participant follows their own program while training alongside a small group of peers.

Training sessions take place in a small-group setting where participants complete their individualized programs while an Athletic Advantage coach provides supervision, instruction, and guidance.

Memberships are billed monthly and allow participants to attend academy sessions up to their selected frequency each week.

Individuals new to Athletic Advantage begin with a free Adult Performance Discovery Visit, where we meet to discuss goals, evaluate movement, and determine the most appropriate training plan.
From there, participants can begin training within the Adult Performance Academy and start working toward their performance goals.
